Yin Yoga Holístico
Chinese Medicine, Somatics and Meditative Practices
In sustained stillness, the body speaks another language
Perhaps your dynamic practice strengthens you, but you feel you’re missing the other half: the part that calms, supports and reaches deep into the tissues. Holistic Yin Yoga works there, using Traditional Chinese Medicine as its guide.
What is missing from many current practices?
Yin Yoga taught as passive stretching, without an energetic framework.
Lack of correlation between posture, meridians and organs.
A lack of understanding of fascia and deep tissues.
Practise without reading the elements or the stations.
TCMYoga® HEY Method
Holistic EcoYoga

Yin Yoga Holístico It is the first specialisation of the TCMYoga® method, within the Holistic EcoYoga System.
It combines Yin Yoga with Chinese Medicine: fascia and energy channels, the five elements, organs, somatic practices, meditation, and both group and personalised teaching. The practice of stillness to reach deep within.

Holistic Yin Yoga is not a stand-alone course
Be part of the Holistic EcoYoga System, a training model that integrates different methodologies to understand human beings from an ecological perspective. Each method explores a specific dimension in depth and, together, they form a coherent path of personal and professional development
