Body Architecture

Connected Structure and Global Movement

100-hour training course for organising the body through myofascial biomechanics, postural economy and efficient movement

Before moving the body, it is worth understanding how it is constructed

Perhaps you’re building up tension that can’t be relieved by stretching a single area, because the body doesn’t function in isolation. Architecture teaches us to view it as a continuous network and to move it efficiently.

The content of this course will be updated and expanded during 2027

What is missing from many current practices?

Anatomy taught in terms of isolated muscles, rather than muscle chains.

Rigid postural correction, with no variability.

Movement without economy: a lot of effort, little efficiency.

Lack of an overall understanding of the pupil’s body.

HEY EcoFascial Method

Holistic EcoYoga

Body architecture is the first specialisation of the EcoFascial method, within the Holistic EcoYoga System.

Organises the body through the fascia and myofascial pathways: biotensegrity, postural economy, global movement and regional application.

It is to inhabit the body as a living structure.

Body Architecture is not a stand-alone course

Be part of the Holistic EcoYoga System, a training model that integrates different methodologies to understand human beings from an ecological perspective. Each method explores a specific dimension in depth and, together, they form a coherent path of personal and professional development
