TCMYoga® HEY

Yoga and Chinese Medicine combined for a holistic energy-based practice

300-hour training course which combines yoga and Chinese medicine to nurture and regenerate your inner nature in harmony with your outer self. A comprehensive exploration of Yin and Yang practices, acupoints and meridians

Yoga and Chinese Medicine: two languages, one body

Perhaps you practise yoga and feel that there is a deeper layer — energy, meridians, cycles — that your training didn’t cover. TCMYoga integrates yoga with Chinese medicine to interpret the body through the lens of Qi, Yin and Yang, and the five elements.

What is missing from many current practices?

A form of yoga that focuses on the physical form without understanding the energy that sustains it.

Yin and Yang practices without a framework: one does not know when to calm down and when to become active.

Lack of correlation between posture, meridians, organs and seasons.

Standardised teaching, without reading the pupil's constitution.

TCMYoga® HEY Method

Holistic EcoYoga

A method that combines yoga and Traditional Chinese Medicine.

It combines Yin and Yang practice with the theory of Qi, the meridians, the five elements and the acupoints, resulting in a practice and teaching approach that recognises the body’s energy and its relationship with the cycles of nature.

It is human ecology as understood from an Eastern perspective.

TCMYoga is not a stand-alone course

Be part of the Holistic EcoYoga® System, a training model that integrates different methodologies to understand human beings from an ecological perspective. Each method explores a specific dimension in depth and, together, they form a coherent path of personal and professional development.
