EcoFascial HEY

The Body as a Living, Relational Network

A 300-hour training course combining fascia, movement, awareness and nature to transform one’s relationship with oneself, with others and with life

The body is the first landscape, and learning to inhabit it begins with the fascia

Perhaps you practise and teach yoga with a focus on form, but you sense that the body functions as a continuous whole, not as separate parts. EcoFascial takes the fascia — the network that connects everything — as its starting point to reorganise movement, refine perception and reconnect the practice with its environment.

This 300-hour programme will begin in autumn 2027. Enrolment is now open.

What is missing from many current practices?

An anatomy that continues to present the body in parts, rather than as a continuous system.

Movement focused on the final position, rather than on how the whole body is positioned.

Bodywork that ignores the nervous system, perception and emotion.

A practice cut off from its surroundings, confined within four walls.

HEY EcoFascial Method

Holistic EcoYoga

A method that combines myofascial yoga, the Mioball® technique and fascial ecosomatics.

Draw on the fascia — the tissue that connects and shapes the body — to reorganise movement, regulate the nervous system and reconnect your practice with nature.

It is human ecology applied to the body: from the first landscape to the surrounding territory.

EcoFascial is not a stand-alone course

Be part of the Holistic EcoYoga® System, a training model that integrates different methodologies to understand human beings from an ecological perspective. Each method explores a specific dimension in depth and, together, they form a coherent path of personal and professional development.

What you will have learnt by the end of the course

IN YOUR PRACTICE

  • Experiencing the body as a continuous network (biotensegrity, myofascial pathways).
  • Regulate your nervous system and sharpen your perception (interoception, somatic awareness).
  • Relieve tension with the Mioball® technique.
  • Taking the exercise into the natural environment.

IN YOUR CAREER

  • Teaching efficient movement from a myofascial biomechanics perspective.
  • To support regulatory processes safely.
  • Incorporate Mioball® and ecosomatics into your lessons.
