AyurYoga - Body
Body, breathing and natural self-care
Once you understand your constitution, the practice ceases to be imposed on you and begins to adapt to you.
Perhaps you first came to yoga by following sequences that were the same for everyone, and over time you realised that your body was asking for something different. AyurYoga · Body is based on a simple idea: there is no ‘correct’ practice; there is a practice suited to each individual and each season.
What is missing from many current practices?
Many practices are taught in the same way to everyone, without taking into account the real differences between people:
Standardised routines that take no account of individual body types.
General dietary recommendations, which do not take into account each person’s digestion.
Self-care reduced to passing fads, rather than habits sustained over time.
A practice that does not change with the seasons or with one’s stage of life.
AyurYoga® HEY Method
Holistic EcoYoga

AyurYoga · Body It is the first specialisation of the AyurYoga® method, within the Holistic EcoYoga System.
It teaches you to read your body — its constitution, digestion and breathing — and to adjust your asanas, diet and daily routines accordingly. It is a practice of human ecology applied to the primary landscape: one’s own body.

AyurYoga Body is not a stand-alone course
Be part of the Holistic EcoYoga® System, a training model that integrates different methodologies to understand human beings from an ecological perspective. Each method explores a specific dimension in depth and, together, they form a coherent path of personal and professional development
