AyurYoga – Energy
Holistic anatomy, energy modulation and awareness
When you understand how energy flows, your practice becomes more refined
Perhaps you already have a solid foundation in the practice and want to understand what lies beneath: how the subtle body is organised, how prana moves, and what the marmas and chakras are beyond mere metaphor. AyurYoga · Energy offers this deeper exploration.
What is missing from many current practices?
Anatomy and energetics are usually taught separately and only superficially:
Anatomy taught solely from a muscular perspective, without taking into account the fascial system or the subtle aspects.
Chakras and nadis treated as a belief system, not as a functional framework.
Pranayama without an understanding of the Vayus or the physiology of breathing.
A lack of connection between Western anatomy and the energy principles of yoga and Ayurveda.
AyurYoga® HEY Method
Holistic EcoYoga

AyurYoga · Energy It is the third specialisation of the AyurYoga® method, within the Holistic EcoYoga System.
It combines holistic anatomy (dhatus, srotas, fascias) with energy systems (vayus, marmas, chakras, nadis) to create a refined practice and well-founded teaching. It is human ecology applied to the body’s structure and energy.

AyurYoga Energy is not a stand-alone course
Be part of the Holistic EcoYoga® System, a training model that integrates different methodologies to understand human beings from an ecological perspective. Each method explores a specific dimension in depth and, together, they form a coherent path of personal and professional development.
