Fascial Ecosomatics
Body, Fascia and Environment
Your body doesn’t end at your skin
Perhaps your practice always takes place within four walls. Ecosomatics takes it out into the environment: walking, experiencing the landscape, allowing nature to help regulate the body. The fascia acts as a bridge between the body and the earth.
The content of this course will be updated and expanded during 2027
What is missing from many current practices?
A practice that is isolated, with no connection to its surroundings.
Nature used as a backdrop, not as a co-regulator.
Movement with no evolutionary basis and no connection to the ground.
A lack of connection between the body, fascia and landscape.
HEY EcoFascial Method
Holistic EcoYoga

Fascial Ecosomatics It is a specialisation of the EcoFascial method.
It brings together ecosomatics and ecopsychology, using the fascia as a network sensitive to the environment: living elements, mindful walks, evolutionary movement and body-landscape.
It is human ecology in its most direct form: the body learning to belong to the land.

Fascial Ecosomatics is not a stand-alone course
Be part of the Holistic EcoYoga System, a training model that integrates different methodologies to understand human beings from an ecological perspective. Each method explores a specific dimension in depth and, together, they form a coherent path of personal and professional development
