Body Awareness
Sensory perception and internal regulation
Being able to sense it accurately is the first step towards regulating it
Perhaps your body harbours tensions that do not ease with movement because their source lies deeper: the nervous system, emotion, bodily memory. Sensibility works there, slowly and surely.
The content of this course will be updated and expanded during 2027
What is missing from many current practices?
Bodywork that ignores the nervous system.
Emotional regulation without a somatic framework.
Intense training sessions that exceed the window of tolerance.
Little attention is paid to rest and refreshments.
HEY EcoFascial Method
Holistic EcoYoga

Body awareness is the second specialisation within the EcoFascial method.
It integrates the fascia as a sensory organ with the regulation of the nervous system, the somatic system, embodied emotion, pain and deep rest.
It is about sharpening one’s perception in order to regulate oneself from within.

Body awareness is not a stand-alone course
Be part of the Holistic EcoYoga System, a training model that integrates different methodologies to understand human beings from an ecological perspective. Each method explores a specific dimension in depth and, together, they form a coherent path of personal and professional development
