AcuPuntos y Yoga

Regulation and practical implementation

70-hour training course on integration working with acupoints in practice through acupressure, pressure applied during Yin and Yang asanas, Mioball, mindful breathing and massage devices, as well as learning about their properties

Points are gateways to reorganising patterns

You may be familiar with the poses, but not the points that allow you to take your practice to the next level. AcuPuntos y Yoga adds a map of the acupoints to your practice, along with the tools to stimulate them effectively.

What is missing from many current practices?

A point-by-point analysis without any theory or criteria for application.

Acupressure and balls used without an energy framework.

A lack of connection between points, elements and psycho-physical states.

Acupoints are rarely incorporated into yoga practice.

TCMYoga® HEY Method

Holistic EcoYoga

AcuPuntos y Yoga It is one of the specialisations of the TCMYoga® method.

It teaches the theory of acupuncture points and their application in yoga: mindful acupressure, the Mioball® technique, Yin and Yang pressure, massage tools, and the psycho-physical properties of forty acupuncture points.

It is a precise form of energy work using the body map

AcuPuntos and Yoga is not a stand-alone course

Be part of the Holistic EcoYoga System, a training model that integrates different methodologies to understand human beings from an ecological perspective. Each method explores a specific dimension in depth and, together, they form a coherent path of personal and professional development
