Yang Yoga Holístico
Chinese Medicine, Somatics, and Invigorating and Active Practices
Activate with intention: each element requires its own energy
Perhaps your active practice has become mechanical, a mindless repetition. Holistic Yang Yoga restores meaning to movement: what to activate, how and when, depending on the element, the meridian and the season.
What is missing from many current practices?
Yang Yoga as a dynamic practice without an energy framework.
Somatic, isometric and dynamic exercises are taught without distinction.
There is little connection between movement, meridians and the seasons.
Teaching without taking into account the pupil’s predominant learning style.
TCMYoga® HEY Method
Holistic EcoYoga

Yang Yoga Holístico It is a specialisation of the TCMYoga® method.
It combines Yang Yoga —somatic, isometric and dynamic— with Chinese medicine and the five elements, to create a targeted and well-considered activation practice.
Move with intention, according to the element and the cycle.

Holistic Yang Yoga is not a stand-alone course
Be part of the Holistic EcoYoga System, a training model that integrates different methodologies to understand human beings from an ecological perspective. Each method explores a specific dimension in depth and, together, they form a coherent path of personal and professional development
