70-hour YIN TRAINING (Yin + TCM + Fascia + AcuYoga)

I have been practising yoga for 13 years. I have been teaching classes for 8 years and training Hatha Yoga teachers with the Yogasenda group for 2 years. I also lead two therapeutic yoga groups. Yoga transformed my life years ago and continues to do so to this day. I have also studied traditional Chinese medicine and currently run an acupuncture practice.
