AyurYoga® HEY
Yoga, Ayurveda and Self-Care for a personalised practice
When you understand your true nature, your practice changes
Perhaps you’ve been practising yoga for years and have tried different methods, but you still feel that not all practices suit you equally. There are days when you need to move and others when your body craves a break. However, few training courses teach you to understand these differences.
AyurYoga was created to combine the wisdom of Ayurveda with yoga and to help you adapt your practice to your constitution, stage of life and natural rhythms.
What is missing from many current practices?
We repeat sequences without any real adaptation
We apply techniques without understanding the nervous system
We’re talking about energy without a clear framework
And we forget that every body, every mind and every season requires a different approach

Structure in 3 sections
BODY + MIND + ENERGY
BLOCK 1
Body, Breathing and Natural Self-Care

Learn how to adapt your yoga practice (styles, asanas and pranayamas) according to your constitution, stage of life and the rhythms of nature, in order to design coherent, balancing and truly personalised classes.
Acquire self-care tools to take your practice beyond the mat through yogic cleansing techniques (Shatkarmas), skincare and nutrition
BLOCK 2
Mind, Nervous System and Deep Regulation

It draws on Ayurvedic and yogic psychology, as well as contemporary neurophysiology, to support regulatory processes with greater safety and depth.
You will learn how to incorporate relaxation, meditation, Yoga Nidra and archetypal deities, tailored to each Dosha and psycho-emotional state.
Go beyond the yoga mat by offering tools for mental self-care, such as journaling or mindfulness, as part of your daily routine
BLOCK 3
Holistic Anatomy, Energy Modulation and Awareness

Explore the body’s energetic architecture, from the most physical levels (Dhatus, Srotas, Sub-Pranas) to the energetic levels (Vayus, Nadis, Marmas and Chakras), understanding the role of the fasciae as a link between the body and energy
Bring a clear energetic intention to your sessions, integrating body, awareness and inner guidance in a coherent way to create more refined practices that bring about genuine transformation and mindfulness
