AyurYoga - Mind
The nervous system, mental and emotional regulation and management
Regulating the mind is not the same as controlling it: it is about understanding how your own mind works.
Your practice may calm you down on the mat, but the restlessness returns shortly after you get up. AyurYoga · Mind works at the root: mental patterns, the nervous system and its regulation, in accordance with your nature.
What is missing from many current practices?
The mental dimension is usually addressed without any specific framework and in the same way for everyone:
Relaxation techniques applied to everyone equally, regardless of their mindset.
Meditation presented as an end in itself, without an understanding of the nervous system.
Emotional management with plenty of intention but little method.
Practices that do not distinguish between calming, supporting or energising, depending on the individual.
AyurYoga® HEY Method
Holistic EcoYoga

AyurYoga · Mind It is the second specialisation of the AyurYoga® method, within the Holistic EcoYoga System.
It combines Ayurvedic psychology, the physiology of the nervous system, and meditation and Yoga Nidra practices to recognise and reorganise the patterns that condition us. It is human ecology applied to the mind: presence, regulation and reorganisation.

AyurYoga Mind is not a stand-alone course
Be part of the Holistic EcoYoga® System, a training model that integrates different methodologies to understand human beings from an ecological perspective. Each method explores a specific dimension in depth and, together, they form a coherent path of personal and professional development.
