100-HOUR AYURYOGA TRAINING COURSE

A yoga teacher since 2015, trained in India (200-hour Hatha and 300-hour Vinyasa). Also trained in Ayurveda and Ayuryoga. One-to-one yoga classes tailored to the individual’s constitution and imbalances.

Lessons are held outdoors as much as possible to help students connect with the elements.
