AYURYOGA 100 HRS (Habits, Doshas, Vayus, Marmas – Nadis, Chakras, Diet)
MYOFASCIAL YOGA FUNDAMENTALS 20 HRS
Having learnt from life itself, I studied Economics and Business Studies – specialising in international development cooperation and NGO management. (1999), and went on to work for several years on projects relating to local economic development, organic farming and the arts, with indigenous communities in various countries across the Americas and Africa (2006–2010). This sparked my interest in new worldviews, leading me to study Permaculture Design (2011) and Anthropology (2012), whilst recognising the need for a change of direction in education to envisage genuine development towards peace.
From my curiosity about global issues, I moved on to local action: I trained in Anthroposophy and Waldorf education and focused my energy on education (2013–2016). I lived in various community projects across Europe and worked as a nursery teacher at Waldorf schools and other educational centres practising holistic teaching methods in Spain.
From the local to the individual: During those years, I was guided by the practice of yoga and Ayurveda (habits, rhythms and nutrition), and it was in 2017 that I connected more deeply with Buddhist philosophy and meditation practices, realising that true change comes from within. I completed my training as a yoga instructor in 2019 at the Merkhaba school (https://merkhaba.com-España, RYT 200-hour course), and undertook the 100-hour AyurYoga® specialisation with the Yoga Kula school (https://www.ayuryoga.es – Spain), Ayurvedic nutrition with Saumia Rupi (2009) in La Paz, Bolivia, Ayurveda for yoga practitioners with S.K. Kamlesh (2020), the Ayurveda Acharya programme through the Sivananda School in Madrid (2020), and Sequencing with Mark Stephens (2021). I am currently undertaking the Yoga Myofascial® Fundamentals course at the Yoga Kula School
I remain committed to studying and practising the precious Buddhist teachings, and I continue to give them my utmost effort and dedication.
"a life of yoga".
Always learning and exploring...
