100-HOUR MYOFASCIAL YOGA (Fundamentals, Anatomy and Biomechanics, Mioball, Thai, Yoga Therapy)
TCMYOGA® 100 HRS (Yin + TCM + AcuYoga + Fascia-Meridians + Mioball + Yang Yoga + XMYoga)
How did my wonderful relationship with yoga begin?
I’ve always been a very restless and curious person. Ever since I was little, I’ve been – and still am – an unconditional lover of the natural world around us. The mountains and forests are where I go to unwind. In 2008, I decided to train as a dog groomer so that I could spend time with and work alongside these little creatures that I love.
But a skiing accident in 2014 brought me to a halt; a whiplash injury forced me to put the brakes on, so thanks to a friend I had my first taste of Hatha Yoga. I attended weekly classes and my curiosity and love for it began to awaken.
At the end of 2015, my partner and I decided to make a change in our lives and moved to Sydney, Australia.
In 2016, in Sydney, I began my first yoga-related training course at @csfcollege.
In 2017, feeling a little disappointed with this course… we decided to return to Europe on a long, three-month trip. One month in Indonesia and two in Nepal, where I completed my second 200-hour Hatha Yoga Teacher Training (YTT) at the @nepalyogaacademy. It was a truly enriching experience. There, the door to an unknown and wonderful world opened up 🔥
Back in Andorra, I continued to seek answers to many of my questions. In 2019, I completed another 200-hour Hatha Krama Vinyasa Yoga Teacher Training (YTT) with @priyanath_camargo. I have been attending various workshops, therapeutic sessions and intensive courses with @priyanath_camargo.
My path is now taking shape; I discovered Helena Chacón and Javier Muriel, and following my 100-hour specialisation in myofascial yoga, I feel that the path I am forging is the one my heart is leading me down. And being able to share the knowledge they have passed on to me with such passion is wonderful.
And here I am, so I can carry on sharing.
Namasté!!
